Products and services related to religious travel and tourism, domestic and international, including hospitality, lodging and boarding services, packaged/conducted tour services, guide services, translation and interpretation services, immigration and customs process support services, and travel-related healthcare and insurance services, save and except where such services may be restricted by statute or regulation.
Conceptualization, development, organization, facilitation, and management of seminars, events, exhibitions, conferences, congregations, fairs, and all kinds of similar events related to religious faith, belief, and practice.

In the case of some Services, you can choose the temples (from the list provided on the Website). However, we do not give any guarantee that the Services will be performed on the date chosen or provided by you, as each temple will or might have its own calendar of events. In case the Services are not performed on the specified date due to any unavoidable reasons including but not limited to Utsavs, ceremonies when the temples are not available for Poojas and Force Majeure Events, then the Services may be performed on any other suitable date.
We shall strive with all reasonable efforts to provide the required Services as given on the Website. You can place the order for the displayed type of Services at a price as shown or provided on the Website. You need to place an order by making payment through available or provided payment modes. Prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees unless specified and are subject to change from time to time. On selecting the mode for receipt of Prasadam you will get the Prasadam. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay/ non-delivery of the Pooja Prasadam due to any reason.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this Website meet your specific requirements.
The Service booking cost covers all administration, coordination, courier, delivery charges, networking, and any other associated costs necessary for the fulfillment of the respective Services to be rendered.
Pricing on any Services, as is reflected on the Website, may be due to some technical issue, typographical error, or product information published on the Website may be incorrectly reflected, and in such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel any such Services requested and refund the amount received from the User.

ONLINE PAYMENT
User understands and acknowledges:
a. That Company, undertakes utmost care to provide a secure payment system, however, it is susceptible to hacking, virus attacks, and malfunction.
b. That the User shall provide accurate payment details to the secure payment system for making purchases on the Website.
c. The information provided by the User will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order.
d. The Company expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of the User’s credit/ debit card.
e. That the User undertakes all payments subject to own risk and volition.
f. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurred to the User arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction malfunction, errors, and/or unethical activities.
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit.
DELIVERY
The delivery of Prasadam is done via India Post. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for damage, spillage, or change in the quality of the products within the shipment. The Company shall not be liable for mishandling done to the shipment on the whole or some products within it or the packaging of the shipment. By accepting these Terms of Use, the User agrees that any damage caused to the products or the packaging due to mishandling done to the shipment will not be subject to any refunds or cancellations.
We undertake delivery of only non-perishable goods or products. In the event, Company shall not be liable or responsible for the change in the quality of such non-perishable goods or products due to delayed shipment.
The Prasadam shall be shipped and delivered to the user within One hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of Puja.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any order placed through the Website for availing any of the Services offered by the Website shall not be canceled either through the Website or through phone policy.
Orders once placed through the Website or any other platform may not be canceled or refunded. Under exceptional circumstances, wherein the Company fails to deliver the Prasadam to the User, within 180 days, the Website will refund the entire amount charged from the User. Such amount shall be refunded back to your bank account or to any such medium, which was used for the particular transaction.
USER GUIDELINES
Access or use of the Website may contain services such as email, and short message service (“sms”), for the reporting purpose (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Communication Services"). You agree and undertake to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages or emails, SMS, and material that are proper and related to Communication Service.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Communication Service or accessing or using this Website, you will not:

We are not an authorized agent of any temple, Service Provider(s) and we perform the Services through our own network of representatives spread across India. We are not a temple. We are not a religious movement.
We get no funding from any religious institutions. We are not promoting any particular spiritual stream or cult. All the Services offered through our Website do not involve any kind of animal sacrifice.
We are not agents or representatives of any temple/religious institution(s)/religious movement(s). Our prasadam consists of ONLY non-perishable items and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising, either directly or indirectly, due to the consumption or use of such prasadam in any way. No guarantee or warranty for the effectiveness or accuracy of the results that may be obtained or expected to be obtained from the Pujas booked through our website. The name "PurohitJan" and any related depiction of the images, and content displayed on the Website, are a product of the Company’s imagination or are used fictitiously and are not to hurt any religious sentiments or community. Any such resemblance to actual events or locales or persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and should not be considered derogatory by any individual or any party.

STORE PRODUCTS
For delivery within India:
Cancellation after placing an Order:- If a Customer has placed an order for Gemstone, Rudraksha, or Yantra and he wishes to cancel the Order, then the Customer can request for canceling the Order and request for refund within 48 hours of payment. No refund request will be entertained after the expiry of 48 hours.
For Order Cancellation and Refund requests, the Customer needs to send an email to info@purohitjan.com stating the reason for cancellation.
Store Products are delivered within 7 days within India, from the date of submission of input details.
A refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used to make the payment, within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
Cancellation after delivery of Order:- After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect or shipment damage in the product, then the Customer can request for replacement of the product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. No replacement request will be entertained after the expiry of 48 hours.
For product replacement, the Customer needs to send an email to info@purohitjan.com along with pictures of the defect or damage.
As our products are personalized and rituals are performed on behalf of the customer, we are unable to exchange the product for any reason. In case you wish to change your product, you may contact our Customer Support before we ship the product. Customer Support will let you know of the feasibility and additional costs if any.
All returns/upgrades are at the sole discretion and case-to-case decision of the Management.
